We are really looking forward to seeing your child back in school tomorrow.  We have spent weeks preparing for their return and it will be fantastic to see the classrooms with students in them again.

To avoid unnecessary washing of uniform,  please remember we are allowing students to wear their own clothes for the Friday sessions only, but please be sure they are appropriately dressed for school. Full uniform should be worn from Monday 7^th September. Year 7 students will be given their new ties on the Friday ready for the start of term.

Also, it is really important that they arrive promptly for their allotted time tomorrow, a reminder of which is below - these times are for Friday only.

• Y7 - to arrive at the College Road gates for 8.50am (students should not arrive on the premises before 8.45am).  They will finish at 12pm. We will meet you at the College Road entrance and take you to your classrooms
• Y8 – to arrive at the Temple Road site entrance for 9.15am (students should not arrive on the premises before 9.10am). You should enter school through the main reception doors. They will finish at 12pm
• Y9 – to arrive at the Green Lane entrance opposite Temple Fields near the astro and 3G for 9.45am (students should not arrive on the premises before 9.40am). They will finish at 12pm. You should enter school through the outside entrance to the lower atrium.
• Y10 – to arrive at the College Road site entrance for 12.30pm (students should not arrive on the premises before 12.25pm).  You should enter school by the D Block ramp doors near English & Drama. They will finish at 3.20pm.
• Y11 – to arrive at Temple Road site entrance for 1pm (students should not arrive on the premises before 12.55pm). You should enter school though the gate behind Sixth Form and through the door from the Quad in near MI. They will finish at 3.20pm.
• Y12 – Induction day. To arrive at the ginnel gate site entrance off Temple Road for 1.25pm (students should not arrive on the premises before 1.20pm). You should enter school by the Gothic Hall entrance to Sixth Form.  They will finish at 3.20pm
• Y13 -  To arrive at the ginnel gate site entrance off Temple Road for 1.25pm (students should not arrive on the premises before 1.20pm). You should enter school by the Gothic Hall entrance to Sixth Form.  They will finish at 3.20pm

A grid showing form tutors and form rooms can also be found below. Y8-11 & Y13 students should go straight to their form rooms after entering the building through the access points above. They must follow the one way systems in place once they enter the building .

Please share this information with your child as it is very likely that their form room will have been relocated to be within their year group bubble.

We know lots of your children will be looking forward to returning to school, we also know a small number may be feeling a little less confident than usual after such a long break.  We have worked tirelessly to put together a programme that will help the students return safely and with confidence to the classroom.  Please try to not worry too much, we will look after them.
