Mrs Gill Ashworth, one of our Assistant Headteachers, has been awarded as a UK Parliament Teacher Ambassador.

To gain this award Mrs Ashworth spent 3 days at the Houses of Parliament learning about the Education Department and the learning resources on offer to improve our students understanding of democracy.

Following her time in London, Mrs Ashworth has done some cascaded training with our staff and has worked not only with our own students but also with pupils at Buxton Junior School.
