Flu Immunisation
For the attention of parents with students in years 7-11
Don't forget to sign the consent which was emailed out last month, to give your child the opportunity to receive flu immunisation. The on-line consent form can be accessed via the link below and consent closes today.
The Derbyshire Immunisation Team will be in school on the 11th and 12th October to issue flu vaccines.
