Dear Parent/Carer

We would like to inform you that there are alternatives devices that students can use to access their remote learning resources to help them complete their work.  Students can use their Xbox or PlayStation to access Office 365  / ClassCharts  / General Web Access.  We have provided instructions are below.  

Xbox 

1.       Go to my games and apps. 

2.       Find Microsoft Edge and select. 

3.       Type in Office 365 and log in as you would school. 

4.       You can then access your work and use key programmes including: 

•          Word 
•          Excel 
•         PowerPoint 
•        Teams 
•         Your emails 
•         Loom videos  

To move around you use the Xbox controller or plug in a mouse. 

5.       You can also use your Xbox to log into ClassCharts; just go to the web address  

https://www.classcharts.com/student/login and enter your log in details.  

 

PlayStation 

1.                   Press the PlayStation logo on the controller. 

2.                   Identify the PlayStation internet browser icon (it is WWW with dots                                      around it). 

3.                   Type in Office 365 and log in as you would school. 

4.                   You can then access your work and use key programmes including: 

•          Word 
•          Excel 
•         PowerPoint 
•          Teams 
•         Your emails 
•         Loom videos  

To move around you use the PlayStation controller or plug in a mouse. 

5.                   You can also use your PlayStation to log into ClassCharts, just go to the web address
